chrisaga 450ec6cfdf fix bug 204: IE doesn't dispaly the same text in tooltips (info-bulles) than other browsers ...

use a behaviour (.htc) to fix alt and title attribute when mouse is over IMG
	only for IMG in a link, others will not be fixed.
