[trunk] - language - DE (Deutsch - German) proposal to change a few terms to clarify permission management in piwigo and make it more clear for new users(I mean admins).
...
A lot of fixing extending the german HelpMe pages.
Some typos fixed.
May be reversed if not agreed upon.
