Describe the bug
It seems to be possible to add the same channel multiple times.

Which device are you using
LilyGO T-Deck Plus

Which Firmware are you using
0.9.5

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Mgmt
Click on Channels
Click on Add
Fill in a channel name, for example #meshcore
Click OK multiple times
Click Cancel to close the dialog
Once closed, you see that the new channel is added multiple times

Additional context
I don't know what the impact is from a functional perspective or whether it might cause bugs, but I think it should not be possible to add the same channel multiple times.
