Hi!
First of all, thank you for creating and sharing this project - it's really impressive and clearly a lot of work went into it.
I wanted to ask if you have any plans to open-source the project, either now or in the future. I’m very interested in contributing and helping improve it, whether that’s through code, testing or feature ideas.
If open-sourcing is something you’re considering, I’d love to know what the preferred contribution process would be and where help would be most useful. I’m happy to follow any guidelines or workflows you’d like contributors to use.
Thanks again for the effort you’ve put into this project. I’d be glad to get involved and contribute if there’s an opportunity.

Ditto here - I would love to help out with things like storing configuration data on sdcards for the launcher case (#22)

I have initially flashed this binary on a T-Deck without checking the availability of source and later had some other work on the device, but now I'm kind of reluctant to go back to this firmware and overall to MeshCore due to multiple closed-source elements in the mesh infrastructure.
I am not against closed source, however. To my mind this repository lacks not the source code specifically, but rather the reasoning behind why the source code is not published.

I thought it was open source and I was just too dumb to find the source somehow.
