Describe the bug
dabeani/meshcore does not contain the source code for this firmware. The "source code" files in the releases contain the same files as dabeani/meshcore, not the actual sources for the firmware.
Please open source the firmware under an appropriate license.
Please add build instructions for the firmware so people can build their own firmware from sources.
See #82 for a similar request. @dabeani is planning on release the source code (and maybe also build instructions) at a later moment.
The author of the is free to choose to open source the code or not, and when. The MIT license can be applied to the closed source binary files you can find under Releases in this repository. If the source code is made public, it's up to the author to choose a license for the source code.
#82 is somewhat related but not the same.
I am still looking forward to this being open sourced. I would prefer to hear back from @dabeani on the status, and if this is planned, to leave a tracking issue open for that.
I think #41 is duplicate of this.
