0.9.12.3 doesn't allow an SSID name with a ! #316

Describe the bug
Had to reinstall with version 0.9.12.3.
Added a WiFi configuration to pair with my phone in hotspot mode. Unfortunately, a ! was not accepted as last character of the SSID.

Which device are you using
Heltec V4-touch

Which Firmware are you using
0.9.12.3.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to WiFi
Click on 'SSID'
Enter something like Abcdefg-abc! & click OK
Click on 'SSID' again. See error.

WiFi #316: Station and AP SSID fields now keep punctuation such as ! (and other printable characters); only auto-generated AP names from the node name are still simplified. Max length 32 characters on the keyboard.
