WebUI: Contact: Send DM button openes channels tab, but does not allow to send a DM to that contact.

Which device are you using

LilyGO T-Deck Plus

Which Firmware are you using

v0.9.12.3

Remarks

I now stop using the WebUI, since I expect it to be a rabbit hole of issues and for everyday use I do not need it at all.

Fixed (v0.9.13)

WebUI contacts #291: Send DM on USR contacts opens the Msgs DM conversation (transcript + compose), matching on-device Channels user chat; no longer drops to the channel list.
