Mgmt -> WiFi: Locations where button taps register are sometimes messed up. #285

Describe the bug

Seemingly another occurance of the issue where what is visible on the screen does not coincide to where to tap to trigger actions.

This time: Mgmt → WiFi.

I started with connection to WiFi enabled by tapping on the "WiFi" text in the status bar.

Then I went to Mgmt → WiFi.

IP Mode is DHCP.

Tapping on the Disabled button besides WebUI does not do anything.

I scrolled a bit, tapped on DHCP, no reaction, scrolled a bit, tapped again on DHCP, now it went to Static.

Then I tapped on Static but I was displayed the dialogue to enter my IP address, not to switch back to DHCP. I tapped on Disabled besides WebUI and I was displayed the dialogue to enter network mask.

Scolling up, tapping all the buttons from top to bottom, when I reached Static it did switch back to DHCP.

Scrolled down and up, tapped on DHCP, now WebUI changed to Enabled.

Seems to be in different states where what buttons register, depending on what has been done before?

Fixed (v0.9.13)

Mgmt WiFi #285: fix touch drift — advance row cursor through live status rows (and static DNS) so WebUI/IP Mode/DHCP taps match painted buttons after scroll.

Hi there, I actually am having similar issues still on Mgmt > WiFi - on the right side of the screen where you select IP addresses and such, touching the screen triggers selecting lower on the screen than where you touch. Can't access some of the menu items on there as a result.
