Ahoj,

in firmware verion 0.9.12, region support was finally implemented.

Still left over from this feature request is the ability to scan neighbour repeaters for regions -- what is called "Discover regions" in official app.

Since in #109 you wrote "Implemented in v0.9.12", I open a new feature wish for this part here and close #109, as the main functionality is implemented.

I think this could fit at the same place where one could add regions manually.

Region discovery (#193): Mgmt → Channels → Scopes → Edit → Discover regions (device) and Discover Regions (WebUI) ask the repeaters in direct radio range for their regions; each region can be added as a scope with one tap.
