As the title says: Allow to configure the map tile download URL scheme for online map tile downloads, so that different renderings can be used as the user likes. (There are also some "dark style" OSM renderings, or some with integreated hillshading or height contour lines.)

But, i just want that the default is at is it now (I assume https://tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png), and the user can manually enter any URL with {z},{x} and {y} as placeholders for zoom level and tile-coordinate, and if the tile server follows the same standard as the OpenStreetMap main map tile server follows (many do) it will work.
See also https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Raster_tile_providers.
(Maybe a list placeholder like {1,2,3,4,a,b,blah} is also useful that randomly selects one of the containing sctrings, for servers that have in fact several servers for load balancing which need to be addressed individually.)
Does that help?
Note that it is useful to support at least both PNG and JPEG raster tiles (JPEG for aerial imagery mostly, but some map renderings also use it). WEBP and JXL can be useful, too.
Regards!

Mgmt → Map lets you pick the map tile source (OpenStreetMap, OSM Germany, OpenTopoMap, Humanitarian, CyclOSM) or enter your own HTTPS tile URL. The WebUI map uses the same source.
