Still below the default upload_max_filesize of PHP (2M). Four times fewer
requests per file: less per-request overhead and much less time spent
scanning the upload buffer (measured on a 5GB video: 116s of CPU at 500kB,
6.6s at 2000kB, for the whole upload).
