When the uploadAsyncextension is installed on Piwigo 2.x or when using Piwigo 11.x, Community users cannot upload photos with third party apps like the iOS app. The server replies "Admin status is required".
This issue may have some relation with the issue #1344?

It's not really related because fixing #1344 does not fix the problem with Community.
We'll have to deal with it in plugin Community. I've made a first code analysis and it should be doable in the plugin without touching Piwigo core.

After investigating deeper, I haven't been able to fix this problem by only changing Community. Piwigo core must be changed too.

@EddyLB Can you open that issue in https://github.com/plegall/Piwigo-community/issues instead?
