rvelices 55095f9ce9 merge -r 2303 from branch-1_7 to trunk 
- removed some unused code
- mass_updates function does not need SELECT VERSION()

plegall 524011bfa6 Bug fixed: as rvelices notified me by email, my header replacement script was 
bugged (r2297 was repeating new and old header).

By the way, I've also removed the replacement keywords. We were using them
because it was a common usage with CVS but it is advised not to use them with
Subversion. Personnaly, it is a problem when I search differences between 2
Piwigo installations outside Subversion.

rvelices fef7f5acfb - remove $conf['subcatify'] (it was my reqquest to Pierrick when plugins were not available; now it can be done through plugin) 
- optimization when show_nb_comments true (1 sql query per page instead of 1 query per element)
- some cleanup & more standard trigger names
