This adds a new option and command to the module, "MinClients", that
specifies the minimum number of clients that must be connected for the
module to considered the user as available. If fewer clients are
connected than the minimum, the user will be marked away, even if there
are still clients attached. The default value is "1", which replicates
the existing behavior of the module.
To modify the MinClients value, `/msg *simple_away MinClients [<value>]`
is available. Running the command without parameters will display the
current value instead of modifying it.
To support upgrading, %s will still be replaced with the Away Time. but we just refer to it
as %awaytime% to be consistent with ExpandString substitutions.

I need to test changes better...
To be proper user modules they need to store per-network state, just a
flag isn't enough.
This is done by setting the TZ variable prior to calling localtime() or ctime().
There are a few calls to ctime()/localtime() which doesn’t adjust for time zone offset. This patch affects the behavior of these since the TZ variable is global.
OnUserAttached is renamed to OnClientLogin and
OnUserDetached to OnClientDisconnect.
This adds some new function with different arguments for the old names to cause
warnings from -Woverloaded-virtual while compiling.
This patch also adds OnClientConnect() which is called when the low-level
raw connection is established. (No SSL-handshake was done at this point yet!)
