This is for SASL: when multiple mechanisms available it's kinda expected
that some of them can fail, e.g. if client attempted EXTERNAL without
providing the cert first.
excluded are the Q and partyline modules, as they are deprecated. There
are some tables that have more than two columns, but could likely be
easily modified, but this will be attempted at a later time.

This new class waits for the first line from the client and checks if it's an
HTTP request and then passes the connection on to the irc or http code.
Before this, the IRC parser handled this as a special case which wasn't as
nice-looking as this is. :)

This adds a new, second argument to fail2ban which is the number of failed
logins one is allowed before being banned. Each login attempt resets the
timeout. This value defaults to 2.
