d185d6f22d clang-format: switch tabs to spaces 
I like tabs, but I have to admit that spaces make source code more
consistent, because every editor/viewer tends to render tabs differently :(

33b0627d75 Add clang-format configuration. 
For now, it uses tabs like before, to make the diff easier to read/check.
One of following commits will switch it to spaces.

1180467a87 Fix chansaver loading 
CModules::LoadModule() sets the module type _after_ construction.
The constructor cannot therefore do actions based on the module
type. Move loading to OnLoad().

1d19bac8ad Refactor chansaver (#674) 
CChan now keeps track of the state. The module no longer needs to
rely on incoming messages, but can just mark whether each channel
should be kept in config or not. Cleanup things and use C++11 for
loops while we're at it...

1bacec1dd3 Modules: use public API 
Avoid accessing protected member variables directly, so
there's a chance of cleaning up the module API later.

ef5050e3ab [chansaver] Add support for loading as a global module 
This also fixes a bug where loading the module as a network causes other
channels in different networks to be saved

8a690170e3 chansaver: Ignore channel key "*" 
There are some nets out there which display the current channel key as "*" if
you are already in the channel. This means ZNC would remember the channel key as
"*" and thus be unable to rejoin the channel. Bad.
