Reduce number of module hooks

Browse Source 
The new hooks OnServerCapAccepted() and OnServerCapRejected() are replaced by
OnServerCapResult(). This should force people who want to use this to handle
possible failures in requesting the capability.

Again, thanks to DarthGandalf for the patch.
