Tests cover: schema init, WAL mode, device info, contacts CRUD (with protection, GPS, upsert semantics), channels, channel messages (limit/offset/filter), DMs with conversations, ACKs, echoes, FTS5 search (channel+DM+combined), read status, muting, backup/restore, cleanup, advertisements, and paths.
