Subject: [PATCH 3/3] Reworked Dutch websites and communication media.

Removed https://localmesh.nl/, since "localmesh"-sites are some dubious "third party" that auto-registered for many countries.

Added Dutch wiki, forum, Telegram and Discord channels.
