Replace all mysql functions in core code by ones independant of database engine
Fix small php code synxtax : hash must be accessed with [ ] and not { }.

bug 1187: set_magic_quote_runtime and get_magic_quote_gpc are depreciated and can produce notices from PHP 5.3.
Add a @ to avoid this notices.
This functions need to be removed with PHP 6

bug 895: r3714 had replaced the "open in a new tab" (introduced in r3381 for
feature:1020)) into a "open in the same", but it is important to keep the

bug 1022 fixed: a photo can be associateed to no category (now that a photo
can have NULL as storage_category_id, it's possible to have no associated
category), the admin/picture_modify doesn't break anymore.
