I've also added the ability to deactivate this message. Only an admin can

bug 1187: set_magic_quote_runtime and get_magic_quote_gpc are depreciated and can produce notices from PHP 5.3.
Add a @ to avoid this notices.
This functions need to be removed with PHP 6

- mysql errors are now dumped using trigger_error instead of echo and die -> allow admins to see later on if someone tries funny stuff

By the way, I've also removed the replacement keywords. We were using them
because it was a common usage with CVS but it is advised not to use them with
Subversion. Personnaly, it is a problem when I search differences between 2
Piwigo installations outside Subversion.
