-> new class .switchBox for all boxes (sortOrder, derivative, etc...)
-> new classes to help layout in switchBoxes:
- .switchCheck for the check character
- .switchSelected for the selected option
- .switchUnselected for all other options
-> new menubar.tpl with empty div #menuSwitcher
