a5092987e1 - possibility to display only a text field for a parent category 
- the bullet to the left of each category now represent a button to
   collapse or expand the category

 - for up,first,down,last, we don't show #id in url anymore

0a79e27155 The generation of mail address works back. Since the add of another form on 
the same page, it didn't work, because, when adding a new user and no
errors, the $_POST was cleaned, but made no differences between the 2
forms...
