Everything works fine except the last command, "make install"
BELOW ARE THE LAST LINES OF OUTPUT WHEN I RUN THIS COMMAND:
`Install the project...
-- Install configuration: ""
-- Installing: /usr/local/share/znc/webskins
CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:41 (file):
file INSTALL cannot make directory "/usr/local/share/znc/webskins": No such
file or directory

You either need sudo, or install to somewhere inside $HOME
