When *status outputs messages including channel names surrounded by square brackets, such as:
<*status> Channel [#channelname] is linked to another channel and was thus disabled.
It would be an improvement to place space between the channel name and the square brackets, such as:
<*status> Channel [ #channelname ] is linked to another channel and was thus disabled.
Since [ and ] are valid channel name characters, some clients will include them in operations offered when right-clicking on them in these *status messages.
For instance, in hexchat when right-clicking this channel name, it will offer to re-join:
#channelname]
instead of:
#channelname
Thank You
