I would love a user/network module where you can specify other users you want to watch and then get a notification when they attach or disconnect from the bouncer. Similar to notify_connect but without the users IP-addresses divulged and it should be available for everyone, not just admins.

I know some IRC clients already kind of support this, but it would be neat to have since not all clients do and that also very much depends on the individual user settings, for example if they use simple_away or not.
