Extremely minor problem, although when using CMake with generators other than make then the following message is emitted which will not work:

$ cmake -GNinja ..
...

Now you can run 'make' to compile ZNC
...

When running ninja afterwards, the following happens too:

$ ninja
...

 ZNC was successfully compiled.
 Use 'make install' to install ZNC to '/usr/local'.
