I am trying to establish a DCC chat connection to my eggdrop bot (/dcc chat MyBot) while in ZNC (1.7.3), but I cannot connect, it does not return any warning.
"dcc" installed as user module and also "cert" and "schat" installed as network module.
I'm turning off znc and I can connect to same bot at normal IRC Server connection as ZNC off.
Is that a bug? Or is my configuration wrong?

In ZNC-1.10.3 version, after doing some research and also getting support from artificial intelligence, I can now establish a DCC chat connection to the eggdrop bot through ZNC. The bouncedcc and listsockets modules are loaded, the settings I use are as follows:
DCCBindHost : XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX -- (Your External IP - Stored in ....../.znc/configs/znc.conf)
or ZNC command: /msg *controlpanel set DCCBindHost MyUser XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
and
UseClientIP : false -- ( Stored in ....../.znc/users/MyUser/moddata/bouncedcc/.registry) UseClientIP false
or ZNC command: /msg *bouncedcc UseClientIP false

FWIW, I also have not been able to get znc to successfully dcc chat with eggdrop.
