*status sends PRIVMSG to new nick before sending NICK on reconnect #912

In this log I was previously connected as "jwheare_znc_", the IRC connection goes down, then comes back and my nick gets changed to "jwheare_znc". I get a message sent to the new nick before I get the NICK telling me my nick changed.

Seems like lines 6 and 7 should be switched.
