Ubuntu 18.04 WSL, installed znc from apt. (did try nightly build as well, same issue)

Adding Freenode (might be some other network, same issue) SSL server the following way:

<Listener l>
        Port = 48446
        IPv4 = true
        IPv6 = true
        SSL = false
</Listener>
LoadModule = webadmin

<User zncweb1>
        Pass       = sha256#544d4b0c86630ee21e48908343d425760a54b4abde8e82ca7be625c31510e61f#jsgnox!jGT:wZ.mHww;O#
        Admin      = true
        Nick       = zncweb1
        AltNick    = zncweb1_
        Ident      = zncweb1
        RealName   = zncweb1
        LoadModule = chansaver
        LoadModule = controlpanel

        <Network freenode>
                LoadModule = simple_away
                Server     = chat.freenode.net +6697
        </Network>
</User>

ZNC -D shows the following:

Another user on #znc freenode said that it works fine for him on WSL. For me the problem was there even on a different - Debian WSL.

Issue seems to be solved. Tried today once more, after apt update, connects fine.
