If ZNC is build without IPv6 support, it says "The specified listener was not found" when user tries to delete a listener in webadmin.
The problem is the way how the table is rendered: https://github.com/znc/znc/blob/458ce602aa8b14ab870371e26ccec9d29c77bb97/modules/webadmin.cpp#L1916-L1931
It was done this way to not lie to user: the table shouldn't say that IPv6 is enabled when it's not. But deleting the row looks at what checkboxes are enabled to determine which listener to delete: https://github.com/znc/znc/blob/458ce602aa8b14ab870371e26ccec9d29c77bb97/modules/webadmin.cpp#L1834-L1851
