With the recent spam on freenode and other networks, some channels have started using mode +q $~a and autovoicing everyone after some delay in which the spambot has spammed and gotten handled by the network's antispam measures.
I think it could be helpful for ZNC to be able to do the same. Currently the only thing missing is customizable delay as it's already possible to /znc *autovoice adduser *!*@* #channel (I didn't try this though, I am just assuming that the code isn't attempt to protect me from too wide mask for trusted users).
