We should aggregate similar (identical) translations to save effort on translations.

$ grep -P '<target' ~/Zarthus/Downloads/ZNC.xliff | sort | wc -l # => 3464
$ grep -P '<target' ~/Zarthus/Downloads/ZNC.xliff | sort -u | wc -l # => 1544

Perhaps there are different ways of aggregating translations too.
