A setting for per network bindhost in the webadmin, and per network bindhosts in general should be added. Also, if znc resolves a server to only have a ipv4 host, znc should default that connection to ipv4 even if a ipv6 bindhost is the current global default bindhost. Sorry if this is worded badly.
