I have no idea how to get a useful debug log from ZNC for this.
I am running ZNC 1.6.3 with the partyline module from master as it's giving me less issues than the bundled version.

Every client was quit, then only one client was started. All clients are running mIRC 7.43 and it's not always the same client with this issue.
