Add the ability to have Crypt respond in the query window of the original sender instead of branching off with the ZNC query prefix. To notify users that the chat was encrypted, send a message stating the beginning and the end of an encrypted chat.

Also, add an option to store the chat as unencrypted in logs using the Log module. Relates to #813.
