I don't like seeing the cert/perform/q/sasl modules clogging up the left/right (depending on the theme) side of webadmin when they are loaded as a network module. I think they should be shown under the Network Info for the specific network they are loaded in. I have created an extremely crude picture in MS Paint as an example of what I would think would be better than having them on the left/right side when loaded as network modules.

I honestly like it in the sidebar, it gives me a way to quickly find it and doesn't make the existing page super long either.
Perhaps a compromise is to make a modules page for all module configuration options?

blockuser, lastseen, stickychan already add some info to user and channel pages.
But what happens if webadmin is not loaded?

How about a drop down menu of some sort? When collapsed, it would only add a little bit of length to the network settings page. When expanded, it could look similarly to the example picture.
As far as when WebAdmin isn't loaded... then what would it matter?
