When you connect to a network, you get a bunch of stuff in the 005, for example, on freenode one of them is MODES=4. If we have four users to autovoice, znc will send four separate lines, for example: /mode #channel +v nick1 /mode #channel +v nick2 /mode #channel +v nick3 /mode #channel +v nick4
ZNC should take advantage of the MODES= and send
`/mode #channel +vvvv nick1 nick2 nick3 nick4``.

The logic for this might not be ideal to be handled at module-level, could ZNC provide a helper function like SendModes(User, Channel, "+vv", "Zarthus KindOne") and automatically determine how to split it up?
