Feature Request: znc keeps track of kicks/invites when user is disconnected

(just seen in #znc.de)

fred noticed that he was kicked from a channel - two weeks ago. His idea is a buffer replay from *status for the kick (and perhaps also INVITEs and ERRORs?)

I think this should be a module, not everyone will want to know about invites etc. No idea what to call it, but it could work something like:

OnKick
    add channel/nick/reason to a list

OnInvite
    add channel/nick to a list

OnJoin
    remove the channel from any invite/kick lists

OnClientConnect
    show invites/kicks

Commands:
    show - lists all kicks/joins for our nick
    clear - wipe all lists (perhaps #channel as an optional argument)
