Pointing ZNC at a localhost address causes it to hang at connecting. It doesn't even get to registration/identifying, so it's not even able to establish a connection.

It appears to happen intermittently as I was able to get 3 users to connect via localhost, after that any new users (including freshly generated profiles) would simply hang.

I was able to resolve this by pointing ZNC at the hostname of the server instead of localhost.

Localhost connections worked fine in 1.2 and 1.4.
