can't connect to bouncer #373

After I updated my ubuntu server (from 12.04 to 14.04) I can't connect to the bouncer anymore.

From what I could see nothing was changed in the znc config.

I tried to connect using telnet and that gave me this output:

Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.

Then to connect with the webadmin and that outputted this:

--2014-08-10 22:59:37-- http://localhost:9595/
Resolving localhost (localhost)... 127.0.0.1
Connecting to localhost (localhost)|127.0.0.1|:9595... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... Read error (Connection reset by peer) in headers.
Retrying.

I really need to get this up and running as soon as possible so all help is appreciated :)

Works fine here. And IRC is better place to debug your issue. Unless you provide some steps on how to reproduce it.
