I currently use icbirc (http://www.benzedrine.cx/icbirc.html) to use znc for icb. This works but is kinda clunky. Perhaps ZNC could support icb, although I understand if the developers feel this is out of scope of znc.

Thanks

Support for Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles in ZNC? Right up my alley.

(the page you linked to seems to be down)

You need to clarify why you think ZNC needs to support Integrated Circuit Board...
From the linked page I may try to guess that you're talking about some chat protocol instead. If that's the case, only IRC is supported, unless someone adds support for other protocols (e.g. #141 )

ICB is a predecessor to IRC: http://www.icb.net/

It's kinda old and crusty but is used extensively by the OpenBSD project.
