I am using Google Cache, because the wiki is giving "502 Bad Gateway" at the moment.

This module fakes the online status of ZNC-*users, so that ISON and WHOIS commands to *status e.g. return something that makes the IRC client believe the user is online. This helps to query with these users for specific IRC clients like Colloquy that perform online check of open query windows.

Could it be possible to allow modules_online be loaded as global/user module? It would help with those specific IRC clients if multiple users of ZNC are using IRC clients like Colloquy and it wouldn't harm other IRC clients and it would of course have to be loaded by admin.

I added user module after noticing that modules_online cannot be load as user module either and it's very likely that if user needs in on one network, they will need it on other networks too.

I'd never thought about making it global, but certainly being able to load modules_online as a user module (instead of having to load it for each network) would be a welcome improvement.
