I am using same certificate file on all networks and it would be nice if I could configure the certificate in one place instead of having to modify all networks manually.
WeeChat allows this with option irc.server_default.ssl_cert which applies to all servers unless that has been overridden for specific network with irc.server.<network>.ssl_cert.

There is also issue to Limnoria for similar behaviour https://github.com/ProgVal/Limnoria/issues/612 .

This seems to be the default in git head. I personally have ZNC configured to use cert as a user module and that lets me have the same cert everywhere.

Yes, I upgraded ZNC and now I can see Certificate under User modules, it wasn't there with the older version.
I wonder who can claim the bounty, so I am leaving this open for them.

Hm. It could be loaded as user module since its addition to ZNC in 0.200, and got ability to be loaded as both in 1.0, when networks were introduced...

This was implemented with the introduction of the module in https://github.com/znc/znc/commit/8ad2d907b51207d5d199c1d063d056c518fea79d.

Load it in your user modules page in the webadmin. That's how I did it.
