I'm having issues using ssl with version ZNC 1.5-git-159-e3bb292.

The error is Connection failed. Error: (336151568) error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure.

The other ZNC instance i have at ZNC 1.5-git-139-3706598 does not have this issue.
