Sure, just add some arrow to link, to make it obvious that it's opened
in new window (or what icon is used for that...)

I'm wondering if we can use Wikipdeia icon, does somebody know about theirs license?
I've done small prototyping with Wiki and another free icon and IMO Wikipedia one looks much better. Wikipedia icon Interactivemania icon

The MediaWiki external link icon is available under the terms of the GPLv2 or later, per the PNG and vector versions. Someone more familiar with license compatibility will need to make the call on whether ZNC can use it, though.

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:External.svg is under Public Domain
But it probably should depend on the selected skin

@DarthGandalf but I guess we could use it too, because actually when user clickes that link it goes outside of this admin interface..?

Sure, just please make it possible for skin to define different icon, or even not to have any icon at all. Via CSS which adds text in the end of <a> element maybe.

This would be easy enough to submit a pull request for. The templates are easy to edit.

@devfom by the way, that picture means “link to outside of this wiki”, not “open in new window”
