Allow GET/POST to add users? and default modules to load on user creation? #294

I'd like to see a patch that allows for admins to add a user or at least fill the form, like:
http://bnc.domain.tld/mods/global/webadmin/adduser?useracc=Iota&nickname=Alpha&netcount=1&bind=127%2E0%2E0%2E1

This would help out BNC Services and those that want to be able to add quickly.
If there is help needed finding names to give each box then find me :)

As well as making an admin section where they can select modules that are automatically checked on user creating, or already checked when adduser is clicked, and a LoadModule loop to check for those modules if done from IRC

chansaver
controlpanel
perform

This would also help save time when adding users on BNC Services since it allows the admin to have it done so he can shorten his response time when the BNC is activated

You may have some "template" user, and instead of creating new user each time, clone that user instead.
