[modules/log.cpp] Duplicate output issue to users on module loading #290

When loading the log module, the following is an example of output:

<*status> Loaded module [log] Logging to [/home/teward/.znc/users/test/moddata/log/$NETWORK_$WINDOW_%Y%m%d.log].[Logging to [/home/teward/.znc/users/test/moddata/log/$NETWORK_$WINDOW_%Y%m%d.log].] [/usr/lib/znc/log.so]

This is bad output, and needs to be modified to not display this twice.
