The EC PEM file (TLSv1.2-ECDH-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384-256bits) works fine with ZNC but the WebAdmin (SSL) module doesn't work, the only way to solve this problem is replacing the PEM file to RSA (TLSv1.2-AES256-GCM-SHA384-256bits) that way will both work, the ZNC and the WebAdmin (SSL) module.
UPDATE:
FALSE ALARM!!!
The issue came from browser together with ZNC WebAdmin module, i use the same PEM file with other servers/softwares (webservers) and this issue does not happen whatever the browser used.
