This seems to only apply to AndChat so far. Have now tested on PocketIRC (Windows Mobile 6.1), AndroIRC, and YaaIC too and none have reproduced this. I have a contact who uses IRC7 on Windows Phone 8 but he is too busy to test for me at the moment. I will now submit a bug report on the AndChat bug tracker site with a link to this bug page.
When channels are rejoined after reconnecting to the IRC server (jumping or reconnecting) the stale nicklist isn't cleared before the new one is added. This results in a double-length list, sometimes with users who are no longer in the channel (may have changed nick, parted/been kicked, or otherwise quit).
Please look into this as a lot of channels I'm in are invite-only, and there is no +I mode (invite-exception) on the NetGamers network.

Sorry, debug mode doesn't seem to show anything out of the ordinary, and modules loaded at the time were:
user modules: buffextras, chansaver, clientnotify, controlpanel, log, and perform
network modules: awaynick, chansaver, keepnick, kickrejoin, log, perform, route_replies, simple_away

tbh I haven't figured out the whole debug process, as I use ZNC 24/7. Using the gdm attach method was confusing, as the FAQ only shows how to get it to trace Crashes (which obviously isn't happening here). The issue doesn't seem to be with ZNC's behaviour, as I said no other irc client reproduced this so it's obviously just a compatibility problem with AndChat. See here: http://www.andchat.net/tracker/task/159

znc -D shows every line of IRC protocol between client, ZNC, and server, to both directions.
So, looking at logs of it, it may be easier to understand what went wrong.

I believe this is invalid as it's AndChat issue and AndChat is discontinued.
